When lighting your candle for the first time, ensure the candle burns till the edges are reached in order for tunnelling to be avoided. 

Always take care when working with candles and open flames as they can burn and cause injury.

 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 7 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or for a different product (All depending on the reason for return).

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discontinued items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• No returns and refunds due to "change of mind"
• Products made specifically for the customer's needs will not be refunded or returned  unless the fault is with Love by Lucia

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

• Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
• Send item back to us once communication is received, from us, with all the necessary steps.
